That is what Ron Burgandy from the movie Anchorman in this scene where he is lifting weights to impress the new female news cast worker. This movie is insanely hilarious by the way. It starts off with a news cast of the team Ron Burgundy, Brian Fantana, Brick Tamland, and Champ Kind. Later Veronica Corningstone comes in and tries to mess everything up. I won't spoil anything else so go buy this movie and check it out, you won't regret it.
